CrossFit

Thoughtful approach to getting stronger using barbells and kettlebells. Class consists of two parts: Strength and a MetCon. The MetCon portion follows the CrossFit philosophy of broad, varied, and intensive training. (60 minutes)

SPS (Strength.Power.Speed)

Varied lengths of intense conditioning utilizing the Concept2 Rower, Ski Erg, or Assault Bike combined with explosive calisthenics and strength training. (60 minutes)

Strength + Conditioning

This class will focus primarily on the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. You will learn technique, accessory lifts and all things related to these main four lifts. The main goal of this class is not only to get you as strong as possible, but also to you get you moving properly. (60 minutes)

Kettlebell

This class will activate every muscle of your body through our specialty sequence of routines that are focused on core strength, stability and endurance. (60 minutes)

Lion’s Den Competition Prep

This class focuses on all aspects of training necessary to best prepare for an upcoming competition; programming, nutrition, mental preparation, movement technique, and workout analysis. Participants should be proficient in olympic lifting and have a baseline for all gymnastic movements to attend.

Bootcamp

Strength, agility, explosiveness, high-intensity circuits, cardio and strength drills and plyometric movements are all incorporated in these dynamic 60-minute classes. (60 minutes)

Bro Sesh (Lower Body)

This class focuses on strengthening, toning, and fixing muscular imbalances in the lower body. If you love to Squat, you’ll love all 90 minutes of this class. (90 minutes)

Bro Sesh (Upper Body)

Heavy weights. Heavy music. No cardio. Expect to do things you have never done before regarding performance, technique and intensity. These sessions are memorable for new PRs and some good laughs, but the bond of the bros and broettes you shared it with. (90 minutes)
